We are now moving into the first phase of delivery, with a series of projects commencing throughout spring. These are designed to demonstrate early, visible improvements and build momentum, with a focus on creating a cleaner, safer and more vibrant city centre.
Initial activity will include –
- Let’s Go Glasgow Clean Team pilot, providing additional cleaning and rapid response capability
- Independent environmental baseline audit to identify key priorities and measure impact, conducted by Keep Scotland Beautiful
- Clean City Board Audit, with Directors undertaking on-street assessments to identify key cleanliness issues and priority areas across the BID
- Targeted interventions in key locations to address environmental and safety challenges
- Early development work on city centre activations and events
